BeeRoots is a premium honey brand born in the rugged Balkan landscape. They have an unrivalled passion for producing high-end, sustainable and ethically harvested honey.
To reflect their deep connection with the land we established the name BeeRoots.
Wild flowers give BeeRoots its distinct flavour and character – so naturally we choose to celebrate this within the logo.
BeeRoots’ have a deep connection with the land and live by their environmental and ethical approach to producing raw honey – you could say it’s in their nature. To express this we crafted the proposition “Raw by Nature’.
This idea of “Raw by Nature” is brought to life visually through the use of torn paper that reflects the rugged Balkan landscape.
Much of the honey available on the market has been heavily processed to look more visually appealing and increase margins.
As a result many of the minerals, vitamins, amino acids and vital nutrients are lost.
BeeRoots’ beekeeping practices are not only great for the environment but also contribute to a product of exceptional quality.
To reflect the premium nature of this product we used gold foils and embossed text on a natural uncoated stock.
BeeRoots wanted to inspire ethical beekeeping practices, raises awareness of environmental issues and communicate their values in an engaging way.
To answer this we produced a give-away brand pulication, printed on recycled newsprint using eco-friendly inks.
A key deliverable was an e-commerce, blog and brochure website with compelling storytelling and an enjoyable user experience.
The site was powered by a robust and intuitive content management system – allowing the BeeRoot’s team to easily update content and manage orders.
